Looks like Eureka forbes has become very complaisant about their position of market leaders in the water purification business!!! Well business is nobdy’s fiefdom and that too the segment you are operating in. If you lose your share you are yourself to blame for it.

I have an AMC with your Thane based franchisee- Yoash Services. The services and customer orientation of your franchisee can be rated as “Highly disappointing”.This is the third time they have failed on their commitment in one year to attend to the service request. I called up your helpline number. But looks like you have opened a helpline because it is fad these days.

I am not writing to you in a hope to hear from you but to warn you that franchisees like Yoash services are surely going to kill your brand unless you take timely action.
