I have purchased an Aquaguard Total RO Reviva on 20th September. It is still under warranty period. I have complained to the company for replacement of an adapter as it is not working on 16th August.
But still they have not replaced it as they say that they do not have the required adapter. Since it is in the warranty period they are supposed to replace the part within 48 hours. Now i am purchasing drinking water from the market.
Please look into the matter and take necessary action.
