NOT ATTENDING COMPLAIN TIMELY

I have purchased aquasure water purifier (Model Star LX with UV elctronic monitoring system) from Siddhi Sales & Services, Raopura, Vadodara on 2nd April with extended warranty of 02 years. After knowing about the completion of Filter cartridge through indicator, I have intimated the Customer care unit (phone no. 0265-2322976 and 0265-3266620) to solve the problem on 30th September. Even after three days, complaining frequently, nothing has been done with regard to my complain. I have been compelled to live without pure and safe water by this hopeless customer care unit of Eureka Forbes.
