I have an acquaguard undre AMC with the Eureka Forbes office at Hyderabad and the same has not been functioning since 03.11.2010. While taking the AMC money we were told by the salesman that we can directly call at his mobile no. However, there is a small loose connection we were told which has not been resolved for the last one and a half years. Till date no one has come to repair the same. Neither has any complaint been lodged, when contacting the salesman we were told that he is in a village now and the office is closed. For the last 4 days, there is no drinking water. Finally when we called at the Bangalore office no. someone by the name of Renuka picked up to say that the server is down. She promised that the complaint will be resolved today and she will arrange a call back from the GM. We called up again at 12.30 to know that there is no one by the name of Renuka, needless to say that the compliant has not been registered. So we gave the address again to someone by the name of Afreen... Pathetic service I must say!!!
