I have purched a I NOVA WATER FILTER CUM PURIFIER fours back. Reciept no.001938 & get a service conract for three years wef 23 Dec on the payment of Rs.2850 (Two Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Only) for three free servicing and three times candle replacement, through reciept no.15112466 dt. 23 dec. But in three years company has given only one servicing & one candle replacement till date.
