Never though I will have to deal with such a cheat and unprofessional company. I had placed an order for a Modular Kitchen and paid full money as they demanded (Home Town policy of full payment for them to order fittings and parts). Somehow they could complete the basic setup but due to supply of improper pieces the work was incomplete. This was month of July. They said will get proper parts in 30 days time and finish it. Its nearly 6 months over and after repeated requestes they just ignored the remaining work. Never bothers to call back even after messages are left and everytime someone picks up says has no idea of the status. Bunch of liars and cheats. I am out of town on work and it has become a challange to get the work done. Can someone help me with phone numbers of Home Town Senior Management in Kolkata or their HQ. Need to have a friendly chat with them. Also need guidance to take them to Consumer Court.
