NON DELIVERY OF PROMISED KIT

I KS Venkataraman, requested HLL PUREIT water purifier kit over toll free no. Order RFS/1848151 was placed on 13-6 and confirmed by company. Message received that it will be delivered and fixed by local agent at Vadapalani, Chennai within 3 days, else they promised, it will be delivered free. On 17-6-12, I received message that kit is delivered as per PUREIT promise. No such kit received and no response from local agent.

HLL Pureit tall claim and promise --All seems to be gimmick. Can they look at it and address.
