I bought an idea Sim no. 8991220000027910381 (Mobile No. 880553927) at
Pune for my daughter. I provided a self-attested copy of my driving
license and also a copy of my friend's driving license at Pune as
proof of local address asked by the vendor. A sms has been received
on the mobile that the services to the Sim will be discontinued due to
incomplete papers and now the services to the SIM have been discontinued. When I have submitted the necessary paper, then why the services have been discontinued. I request you to kindly look into the matter and oblige.
