Mathaji Paint house
Not accepting to take back excessive items purchased

Sir,

I have purchased 90 numbers of door brass hinches from Mathaji paint house Bilakehalli, Bannerghatta road.

Now I have 26 hinches excess each cost Rs. 38/- and the total amount is Rs.920/-. But the shop keeper is not willing to refund the money, inspite of my request at the time of purchase.

When I requested him, he insulted me and I was very much disturbed mentally. Please help me oout of this.
