We have written a letter to AGM RACPC Patna DT. 29.03.10 to transfer the stdr amount plus up to date interest In our loan a/c and letter myself delivered to mr.sanjay kumar h/l dept with request to transfer the same amount in our a/c and he promise to transfer the same on 03.04.10 but the same was not transferred in my a/c. I have also visited on 8th April and he told that with calculation he will transfer the same to-day and he transfer only maturity amount in our loan a/c with interest up to 2006 maturity amount after that no interest received by us from 2006 to till date we have not received interest
kindly look into the matter and solve the problem I had visited 6 times in bank and no body take initiative and every body telling that this is not my work and this is not possible to visit the bank daily and once I visit to your branch about Rs.60/= expenses and not possible to visit in this summer season in this age my age 60 years
