SUBJECT: complain against wrong meter reading, payment updation and bill n bill not given on time.

dear sir/madam,

this is with reference to the above complain of wrong or fast meter reading, payment not being updated, high bill and bill not given on time every month, i have your people coming to my door step threatening to disconnect the meter even though i make the payment.moreover every month i have come to your office to get the bill reduce as there is less consumption of electricity but you guys are sending an exhibitioner bill

previously your staff sajid shaikh had told and assured us that this matter will be solved but it is still not done.every month your people come to my door step and threaten to remove the meter.

i have to show them the bill every time.moreover everyone gets the bill except me 2 times.i had to come to your head office to get the bill as your people put my bill in someone else boxes.

it is frustrating to keep coming to your office every month and bring insulted by your people for something that i am not responsible or rather say you are responsible for.

i have all the CD for the mess create by your people.if this matter is not resolved i am left with no option but to file an fir and a complaint with times of India for the trouble i am going through every time.i cant keep running to your office each month as i have a son who is only 4 month and is quiet weak.

please resolve this matter asap.
