I Ranajit Ray Chaudhuri logged a complain (KOL0407120054) on 4th July to repair my Kenstar Microwave. Service Engineer Soumen Banerjee (08420048238) from Serampore Service Center took off the PCB without any written document confirming to replace that with a new one. The appliance is out-of-order and nobody from Kenstar Service center is ready to listen this complain.
This is a clear case of cheating by Kenstar. Please advice how to resolve and escalate this issue to the highest level.
