I am the author of " Fundametal Numerical Analysis and Error Estimation", published by Anamaya publishers in 2009. As per agreement the said publishers has to pay 10% of cost price as Royalty every year. Moreover I have to upgrade the book as I feel.
Till today nothing is paid and no upgradation is allowed. Now I want to terminate the agreement and my dues paid. He sent a statement showing the sale and calculated Royalty .saying that the cheque will be delivered by 30th September, when I wrote to move to you.
On October one, I sent a letter by e-mail reminding him but he is not giving any resonse.
Please advice me on the metter.
