Non delivery and no trace of the item

Sir,

i have sent a text book for delivery in USA (Auburn) on 18th january at the RS puram post office coimbatore, Tamil nadu.there is no trace of the item and it is not delivered to the person there. the tracking number is ET538457876IN.please take necessary steps so that the item is reaching the person. inform us the status of the item as soon as possible.
