Sir,

I am Gaurav B Gothi, staying in Nagpur with my small family. My son is studying in the CENTRE POINT SCHOOL (CBSE) in Nagpur.

I want to book a complaint against CENTRE POINT SCHOOL on the following ground:

1) Apart from the monthly and quarterly fee, CENTRE POINT SCHOOL is charging students for some or the other events. Recently they have increased the school bus fee on the ground of an additional conductor. But in reality they have not provided any additional conductor in the bus

2) They have not given me the claim against the serious injuries which has happened to my son in the school premises. They haven't even bothered to find out the real cause of the issues

3) Its difficult to contact school either by telephone or by email. If we call on telephone then most of the time, teacher's and principal is busy. There is no official website of this school and there is no official email id given where parents can give the written feedback about the school

Please take some action against this complaint.
