The matter is of high intensity of the cruelty, inhumanity, injustice, corruption & gang / racket of education & land mafias flourishing and operating without any fear of local administration & University authorities.
This unlawful mafiaraj is openly prevailing in the city of U P, district Saharanpur.
Where the law & order is challenged & played by misguiding local administrative officials And if you approach the district administration for help, they will start suggesting you to get a side & leave the way for the corrupt mafias, In place taking corrective measures & implementing law & order.
The extreme & the height of legal & administrative disorder can be observed by the open denial of the implementation of the interim order of Honorable Supreme Court of India.
Sir my father Dr R R Azad is a dead honest teacher and a senior citizen of India, he is a commissioned Principal of the J V Jain PG College, Saharanpur. The matter is regarding joining the hands of college managing committee, some old & current teachers, local land mafia who are undue influencing & mis guiding district authorities in order to remove my father Dr Azad from their way & to grab the valuable land & property of the college institution.
My father being the Principal of the college with the support of the order of H’ble Supreme court - under a conspiracy, the above mentioned racket and with some upper hand & protraction is misrepresenting & confusing district authorities, are violating the law & order & are forcefully trying to remove Dr R R Azad & have captured his office.
Sir with folded hands I want to pray you all that being a educated family we know that every action has its process & procedure but is there always the rule for honest & right person, always the right person has to prove, struggle & Sacrifice.
Sir Dr Azad is a real patriot, for his honesty & Fairness he has sacrificed almost every thing, Like his name, family etc. My father Dr Azad has been falsely alleged & suspended many a times but no charge proved on him, he was tried to gunned down & attacked in which his wife & daughter were seriously injured. The biggest test of his life when the managing committee of the same college trapped him with his family members in the false case of dacoity in his own office & was sent to jail along with his Wife, Unmarried young daughter, Son & 8 months pregnant daughter in law but lastly govt. took the case back.
You can judge his honesty by knowing that even after the age of 62 & about the 27 years of principal ship Dr Azad does not have his home to live. He has performed his duties honestly at his personal cost.
But now he is again struggling. In his sinking age can we afford to see him getting killed by some mafia or look him trapped in some other kind of conspiracy.
Only request is that you might have been the disciple or student of some teacher or may be some out of you might be the children of the teacher, or in any profession the same could happen to you. So at your level please forward this request to the appropriate channel your sincere effort can save Dr Azad (a life & The Honosty).
& massage should reach to the to the Saharanpur (UP) administration.
I wish the matter could be taken to the Honorable President of India & Her Excellency may kindly intervene.
