Non Disbursement of VI Pay Commission Arrears

I have been retired from DAV Public School, B-1, Vasnat Kunj, New Delhi as Sr. Office Superitendent in the month of 31st of April but yet they have not clear my VI pay commission arrears. I have also request the school authority as well as at Head Quarter i.e DAV College Managing Committee, Chitra Gupta, .Road, New Delhi but no positive response have been recived so far. More over I have also written complaint to Director of Education, Govt of NCT, Delhi, Old Secretriate, Delhi and copy to Dy. Director, South West, Zone 19, Vasant Vihar, Delhi but they have also not responding me. You are requested to solve my complaint at the earliest so as I have need of fund.
