Not admission on 11th class his own school student

Respected Sir,

I have just passed my xth class from Govt.boys sr sec school no-1. Ghonda east delhi-110053. my roll no. is 6342037 I am qualifying for 11th class. but when i went to admit in 11th class my principal said that he will not admit me in 11th class because I have not cleared my HINDI subject. His behaviour was very rude I told him that he should tell me where should I get my admission but he ignored me and my application and told me GO TO HELL. I request to CBSE BOARD that please help me for my admission. I request you to that you should tell me where i should get admission. Days are gone and I am very tensed so please help me for my 11th admission.

Please refere this case as soon as possible. I shall be very oblige for CBSE BOARD
