I want to launch a complant against Hero mind mine english spoken class it is a branch of Alliganj Kapurthalla Lucknow (U.P). I had joined this coaching for english spoken in september. That time this institute has no teacher to teach us. After one month they started our coaching. And now up to this time in dec they didn't provide my book. They given us assurance that they will take our regular class and after then they take ourgroup discssion class. But now there is no class going on and there are no teacher. So please we want to take our money back. Either they honestly teach us.
