Poor, rude response

Please tell me the procedure to raise complaint about mkudde (madurai kamaraj university) to distance education council or any other bodies. Thank you.

note: their poor, rude response (contact no[For Students from Tamilnadu: 0452 - 2458471. Extn. 506]),

MBA (10C SEMESTER) aug exam, result published in december and they asked us to send revaluation form before jan.they supposed to publish the revaluation result around " feb first week" in their web site, because the second sem commence on feb end 2011.

They also ask us to pay fee for reapperance of the subject, along with revaluation fee and second sem exam fees. But we didnt get the revaluation result in their website/posaltill now April.

Me enquired the univ, he replied, we sent it one week back (march end) and asked me to call me after 10 days. As he said I ringed them and enquired the same. He replied in rude manner (what mba what 10c, no revaluation system for 10 c ppl),

regarding their pseudo login, not only me many have the same problem) poor communication, name mistake in my mark sheet and hall ticket (I complained to director of the university, but no response)
