NOC, FOR DOING MY GRADUTION FROM OTHER INSTITUTE OF SAME UNIVERSITY & REFUND MY EXTRA MONEY

I work in JAGDISH SALES &CO.in amritsar as ME (Marketing Executive) & my salary was very small. For good salary the company want GRADUTION must. I do my 1st years exam of B.A in july 20 to29, from NAVARANG INSTITUTE OF COMPUTER EDUCATION (NICE). But the problem is that, I go through a agent name PARAS RAM D.A.V.PUBLIC SCHOOL .The NICE charges for three years of B.A Rs.25500/- but my agent charges from me Rs.37500/-. I give my 1st years fees Rs. 12500/- to my agent & he demand for 2nd years fees Rs.12500/- in 2 or 3 days. So sir, please help me as early.
