Non-receipt of Invoice

Hello,

I purchased Aqua Guard Total Reviva on 29-Aug. When the sales executive came to my house, he told that in 15 days invoice will come. But now its close to 4 months and i didn't get my invoice and i spoke to different persons in Eureka Forbes and no one is ready to send me invoice. They give just assurance and there is no action on their assurance.

When i contacted sales executive about a month back, he once again assured me invoice will reach me in 2 days of time. But nothing has reached so far. I end up in spending on calling various persons in eureka Forbes and nothing is happening.

I would recommend everyone not to go for AquaGuard since you will end up spending money on calls only. They boast themselves that they have SAP workflow and everything will be done. But they are unable to send one invoice for last 4 months.

They will promptly follow you till you give the cheque after that u have to folow them for what they are supposed to do.
