I have an Aquaguard water filter which is 6-7 years. This is under AMC and has stopped working. However, Aquaguard could not set it right even after 3 weeks. The Sales agent promised to deliver a new system and give me rebate on the AMC. So I placed the order on 5th September. The Salesman promised to deliver the new system by 6th or latest by 7th. However, today is 13th and I am yet to receive the new system. I am also yet to receive the credit for the AMC. I have made atleast 7-8 calls to the help line and they all tell lies. This is a totally useless company. In the mean time I am required to buy water for the past one week. Can I claim compensation from Aquaguard. I would also like to cancel the order.
This is a sick company!!!
