Poor service repeatedly problems / To switch from eureka to KENT water purifie

Purchased aquagaurd water purifier (Reviva) RO in 2006 since then on few delay servicing problem was there but it was minor but later on since 2008 service provider people are very careless. Now these days very frequently one of the parts get unfunctional and even after calling service provider Mr. Ajay Roy has the frenchisee of eureka in our area takes two to three days in attending and making it work for few days or month and again either the same problem occurs or some new but if we have to keep on purchasing mineral water from the shops then it is better to replace this water purifier with another company's like KENT. I am fed up with this man Mr. Ajay Roy he is very careless and inefficient because of him I am replacing my water purifier.
