Dear Grievance Cell Officer,
This is for your information I have ordered for some items by the AVA Merchandising Catalog
supplied along with ICICI Bank Credit card in the month of April, 10.
But I have not received the full order ever after repeated follow up over phone and by mails.
For last few month there no is also coming as out of services (0124-4697999 or 18001800300)
Recently the this company had started distributing leaflets in airlines also open outlets in major
airports. But I did not get any support from them.
Request you to kindly help me to refund my money.
