This is Arun J Kumar from Bangalore I have brought a New nokia 6233 (Music Edition) in the month of May. And till date I have been facing many software issue with the phone and I have sent the phone for service for almost 5 times with 4 month and now I call the customer care they say they cannot do anything without the job sheet # and nokia once they service the phone they take the job sheet back and kormagala they did not give me any job sheet #, and when I called the Nokia care they were very hard one me and when I told that I will go the Consumer Court they told do what u want to do we will not be able to help you at all hence I did not know what to do and even now my phone is not with me it is with the nokia sale person where I purchased the handset from they told that they will send the unit to service and give me the unit by Wednesday that is on 19/09. But when I called told and when there they told that service center did not give the phone now they tell me to come next Thursday 27/09 for the hand sent and in the month of Aug and sep I have used the phone only for 2 week that is I gave my phone for service in kormagala on Aug 15th and they gave it on Sep 7th 2007 and then I gave my phone for service again on sep 15th 2007 and now they telling me to come on 27/09, So I believe that I need to give a consumer complain they tell do whatever u want to do they are not responsible about this issue hence I need to have a complaint against the nokia because Nokia thinks that we Indian are not covered and we will not come back with any complains even it has a problem. So I believe even you people will help me or not I don’t know. In this case I don’t know how many Indian get these problem with the phone I want to take this issue very seriously. Please someone help me. And thanks a lot for helping me.
