I placed the order on Nov 21, order ID: 1000284029. It has been over a month and the order is yet to be delivered. On top of it I have called 6 times, of which,
3 times your systems were not working so the executive could not give me the status.
2 times the executive could not trace the order in systems
Once the executive asked me to get the transaction code from my credit card company.
This was after he had my order number, name, e-mail address and phone number. This is the worst experience ever and the most disgusting and pathetic service
