I purchased a 34 litres Bajaj OTG in December as I wanted to bake cakes for Christmas. After a lot of expense and preparation when the cakes were put to bake they came out Charred. When the Dealer was contacted he sent a technician who told us that the oven was defective as the thermostat was not working. He replaced the part but we refused to accept a defective oven. It is now over 6 months and inspite of several complaints the unit has not been replaced.
