NON FUNCTIONAL OF GEYSER

I have purchased Geyser in July

Supply to Geyser remained cut off once Thermostate " cut off " activate and switch off Geyser i.e geyser remained switched OFF and NO supply to Geyser. May be FAULTY Thermostat and need replaced.
