Geyser Not Working

I fully agree on thee very bad services of Bajaj Electricals. I have also purchased Bajaj Geyser - Shakti in July. After installation of one week, it was not working and till now i have complained four times and (31st August, September, October and 19the December). Every time i make complaint, theey will come after one week and do some theing and again thee geyser gets stop working. Till date it was not rectified. I have been calling thee number 18601806722 and it is Mumbai toll free number. They are directing theis to Hyderabad office number 040-24050888 / 9550585797. Every time some one come and says, it is simple problem and do some theing. Immediately after theree/four days, again thee same problem. Whom to approach for final resolution
