Bajaj 25 L geyser was purchased on 09.11.09 from M/s Adarsh Electricals & Agencies, Allahabad vide cash memo no.4263.At the time of purchase, I was told about two years guarantee but when I contacted the firm along with cash memo & guarantee card a few days back, I was asked to contact the service centre for PAID repair. It is not at all PALATABLE.

Problem: Before auto cut, the appliance produces irritable sound.
