Respected sir,

Myself SQN LDR (retd.) Dr Ganesh Prasad Sharma holding card no. 5000006501521942, purchased a Bajaj Geyser 35L on 16th December from 2309-HQ MEERUT SUB AREA with a bill no.- 130066 and the product costed me Rs. 5261.00.

Sir, the next day geyser was installed at my residence B-35 Defence Colony Meerut and from the same day onwards a leakage from the tank was noticed. On advice of the CSD manager Meerut i complained this matter to S.K Electricals, authorised service center for Bajaj electricals. A service man confirmed the leakage of the tank as a manufacturing defect of Bajaj company and took the geyser to service centre for replacement of tank 20 DAYS BACK.Since then sir i am not getting my geyser back nor a satisfactory answer. SIR CONSIDERING MY AGE OF 70 YEARS I HAVE BEEN HEATING MY BATHING WATER ON GAS WHICH IS VERY HAZARDOUS FOR ME.I PERSONALY REQUEST YOU ON HUMANITARIAN BASIS TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND GET ME A GOOD TROUBLEFREE WORKING BAJAJ GEYSER.PLEASE ACCEPT MY REGARDS AND THANKS FOR THE SAME.JAI HIND
