I bought a bajaj geyser SHAKTI 25L in Nov from New Berco Electricals Ltd. Within a couple of days of installation it stopped working. After much difficulty i was able to register a complaint. After many reminders and a week later a person came and he examined the geyser and said he has rectified the error.
However after afew days it again stopprd functioning. Again after much difficulty i was able to register a complaint. The same process was repeated. The geyser again stopped functioning
Finally the geyser was replaced by a new one. The reason was a leaking tank. I had to incur a considerable cost in transport and e-installation.
Now again the geyser has stopped functioning. The authorised service centre (Pant Service) numbers i.e.971809889 and9711168939 repeatedly come engaged or the bell goes without being picked up. I registered the complaint with the deler i.e. New Berco electricals. Still there is no response and the geyser is non funtional.
It is shocking that reputed company like Bajaj has manufactured such substandard and poor quality product. It is equally unfortunate that the sertvice is also callous and incompetet.
I demand immediate refund of my money so that i can buy a decent, better quality geyse
