1. My bajaj toaster is not workng and i have submitted a complaint to the authorised repair centreof swami enterprises, i was given a customer complaint no BA757 on 08th of jan but there has been no technician who has come to repair the faulty equipment.
2. This is very poor customer care and i am very dissapointed with the response of such a large and reputed company. I am quite sure that i will think twice before buying a bajaj product again.
3. I hope that i receive a response from your cust care representatives.
