Sir,

I have purchased on 15L Majesty water heater from M/S. Vivek Limited, No.35, First main Road Gandhi Nagar, Adyar, Chennai 600 020 on 16.10.2009 vide bill no.11610913888. Batch No.0809, GC.Sl. Nocode No.0136746 Sl. no. of the product 01821. It was not working and the matter was reported to M.S. Vigna Appliances, 74/2. 1st Floor, L.B Road, Adyar, Chennai 600 020.. The mechanic who inspected the product has asked me hand over the product of the Service centre for repair even though the water heater was purchased 6 months age. Icomplaid and handover the water heater toM/s.gna Appliances on 30/3/10 vide job no.42408. Till date the water heater has not returned and installed at my house even though more than a month lapsed. When ever enquired no reponsible reply is received. I regret to inform you that the service of this centre is very bad and they don't know how to repond to the griviances of the customer. i request you to look in to the matter and do the needful.
