Sir/Madam,

I purchased Benq projector on 22/09, right from day one the image formed by the projector was blurred and not in scale i.e. not rectangular after around one month the projector stopped working, i registered the complaint on 9-11 complaint no. R091102783, then Mr. Vikrant came from local service centre took the projector along with him and returned in around in 15 days, he repaired/change the power supply but the first two problems remained as it is moreover its remote stopped functioning, Mr Vikrant said that the defect is major projector need to be replaced, he also said that he had sent the request to the company for change of projector but till date the projector has not been replaced. I made number of phone calls on helpline number and local service centre, but I never got satisfactory response, once again I registered the complaint on 16/1 wide no. R100110693 to Ms. Rashmi on helpline number, which was never attended, I kept on making phonecalls to local sevice centre, helpline no. 18004199979 moreover I called the headoffice also but all efforts in vain, they registered one more complint on 11/02 wide no. R100203826 (Ms. Pooja on Helpline No.) still it has not been attended. I'm being harrased from last four months, Kindly do the needful.

I also want to bring to your notice that warrenty of the lens of the projector is 6 months which will be over next month and I hardly used my projector for one month, can the warrenty also be extended? I will be greatful to you If you can do something in this case.
