I bought a benq L.E.D 16" (serial number - ETHSA2002019) from K.C computers ludhiana! 5-A, gurmahar complex, near avatar sweets model gram, ludhiana (punjab).
when i open its packing and try to start it on my c.p.u, there comes red spot in centre of it, on 17/11 i registered its complaint with k.c computers (job work no. 1844 ) & they keep it and said within 1-2 days i will get replaced new piece but till now i didnt get it . please help me.
