I had brought a blackberry 9530 storm mobile, thru naaptol reading an advt showing a gsm mobile, i was send a cdma used and repaired handset with reliance software loaded, i called 9223516148 at least 100 times since 9th of feb all times some body would say u will receive a call within 48 hours, i have conversed with yusuf shaikh, darshana, prasad, pallavi and lastly today with sadiq.i had gone with the handset to kandivali where they repair blackberry's, they saw and told and it is an opened peice with preloaded reliance software and works without sim, reliance said they need the old number to trace and delete so that they can load a new number, which i ofcourse dont and cant have, therefore the handset is uselessas it cant even perform as a basic phone, forget emailing as it doesnot accept any cdma card also, i wanted a gsm handset and i have gone thru two months of ordeal, sadiq had called me up saying his seniors will help in 48 hrs, my 12000 are in water, iama guy, if i get the help requiredwill mail back and inform every body that naaptol has helped me in getting a gsm handset free of problems, but till then iam duped of 1-my order no is 1338471, if this complaints are taken seriously then that will work wonders for the company, and i also mean as a businessman .see i have complained so many times, but after asking so many times, compliant no has not been provided.
