Brand new Blue Star water dispenser [still under guarantee] and never used; was sent back to the Blue Star representative for check up and they said that it has faulty compressor and a new unit would be sent in replacement or new compressor would be fitted to the sent dispenser. I was given one week during which period the unit would be returned. But upto now it is they keep telling me that they are waiting for new compressor from head office. the dispenser was collected two weeks ago. It has become impossible to dispense water from 20 litre water bottle as we are senior citizens and do not have strength to tilt the bottle to pour water into smaller bottles for normal use.
Please help.
