We have a Blue Star Water Dispenser & the Model no. is BD30HC. In March, we lodged a complaint with Blue Star customer care call centre & Complaint no. is 412024 for changing “Top for Water Dispenser”. We were given reference of Mr. Ashish of M/s Cooling Solutions, 326/6 (Naya Bazar), Near Rajeshwar Colour Lab, Jacubpura, Gurgaon – 122001 by Blue Star Call Centre staff.
Finally they visited our office on 28-05-09 to change the component. They charged us Rs.1500/- for the said part, 700/- as visiting charges plus service tax. The cost of new Water Dispenser is Approx. 6800/-, then why they are charging so much against a small component & visiting charges of the water dispenser, if you calculate, it amounts to half of the value of new Water Dispenser.
As per the owner of Cooling Solutions, these rates are fixed by Blue Star & non negotiable.
