My son Mr. Dhruv Bakshi had purchased Mobile C2-03 (359735043836947) Product code 059K8B9 from the distributor M/S Fancy Stationer, CG-29-29, Pushpa Shopping Complex, Hisar on 10.01.2012. I want to inform the esteem company that from the very next day the mobile showed blinking and was not working properly. But from the next day he went to the shopkeeper but he was not listening to him neither he replaced the mobile and the behaviour of the shopkeeper was also not good. Lateron he went to Nokia Care i.e. Kamla Enterprise, SCF-85, Commercial Complex, UE-II, Delhi Road, Hisar-125001 against job order No 158433527/120127/15 dated 27.01.2012 and the wrranty Ref. Number GLBINY843306286. Keeping in view the circumstances as explined above, it is requested that the said mobile manufactured by the esteemed company may kindly be got replaced and the distributor may be directed to comply the order and changed the mobile.
