I bought a celkon c99 mobitouch on 26-12. for Rs.3999 at Big C Hanamkonda. But when i connect it to pc for data transfer, it is showing that software not recognised. For this i contacted my retailer Big C and complained about this. He said that connect it to pc and select mass storage on phone which i tried earlier. But i tried it again, but the result i same. So i again contacted himand he verified it and said thet he would replace it in two days. Even after twenty days he didnot replace it. My suggestion is not to purchase that mobile. Please help me
