Not returning mobile phone by Celkon service center which is under warranty

Hello,

I bought a Celkon C11 mobile phone in the month of feb. It got stopped working after 3 days. I submitted it to in Celkon service center in Dilsukh Nagar, Hyd. They said that mother has to be changed and it will atke 10 days. Unfortunately, its been more than 50 days they still not returning my mobile. They make some false reasons everytime I call them and hang off the phone rudely. It takes hardly 15 minutes to change the mother board of the mobile phone.

I lost my patience calling everytime these guys. This is due to absolute neglegence.

My work order number is WIN113JMC10055.

So, please look into the issue and make me right justice.
