On the 14 of April an Airtel connection (9959559705) was bought by me. The sales agent assured me of service by 6:00pm that day but the moblie was active only by late evening next day. After one problem came another. The cell phone is receiving no service again from the 28 of April.
After calling the sales executive IMRAN from the hydereabad service center of airtel he rudely asks us to take our sim card and go to the head office.
Now may someone ask him that why is it my responsiblility to fix the problem when he is the one who sold the connection???
