Dear sir,
Myself pankaj garg, R/o 104, Neel Padam-2, Sector-4, vaishail, Ghaziabad.(U.P), had purchsed one geyser from one of its authorised delaer in sector-2, vaishail Ghaziabd.in the month of November. In the very short span of time, its tank was leaking and I had made the complaint against it, it was replaced by thier service center by stating that, there is some manufacturing defect in the original tank.it was attended in the month of january. Now again the tank is leaking, and when we contact their service center vide our compliant number1104011155 dated 08.04.2011 for replacing it the whole unit they will straight forwardly denying it. when we will try to contact them, they will talk to us in a very hapzzred manner.
I think they will not treat thier customer in this manner, otherwise Crompton will loose customers very frequently.
it a humble request you to get it replaced at earlier, other wise I am forced to take legal action against it.
