Replacement of AC

Dear Sir,

I have bought 1.5 ton Deccan Split AC from M.K. Electronics & Refrigeration (28, Basrurkar Market, Moti Bagh-1, New Delhi – 21, Ph. No. 24674754, 24107274) vide Challan No. 38635 dt. 08.09.2010. It has started giving trouble very soon. It is not giving proper cooling. The product is still under warranty period. I have called several times to dealer M.K. Electronics about the problem in May but no one came to attend the complaint from Deccan Service Centre. At last in June I got a call from Deccan Service Center they gave me date and time to attend the complaint from their representative but no one came on given date. They do not fulfill their commitment on time. I’m not satisfied with the product so I want to replace the product. Kindly look into the matter and take some action against the service center and also replace the product.
