I have purchased the water purifier from eureka forbes and I am using it for more than a year. Once after the warranty period is over I made the AMC contract with the Eureka fobes for the further service. But now there are not ready give the service and they are delaying it from past two months. Every time when I call them they are raising the complainant but none of them came to attending the complainant. Its not at all necessary we to call them, they have to come themselves to service instead we are calling them and requesting them saying we don’t have any other resource for Drinking water and we are suffering for the drinking water. The Eureka fobes people is showing very much negligence and the total staff is waste and special senior member are totally waste. Please any one look into this issue.
