We placed an order in Jan and got a defective BB 8830. The warrany support team Ritco is also giving false assurance of helping us fix the problem. All inventories shipped of this lot seems to be defective, as have many other complaints seen.

There has to be a case againt Naaptol and Ritco for advertising false that they are seeling new product which is not the fact. These all are refurbished phones. I am planning to file a charge back if I dont get my handset exchanged. I have sent them a mail to CEO of Naaptol and Prakash who replied once on mail. There is also a telephonic complaint made on the same.
