We have an Electrolux refrigerator in use for last 6 years. As far as I remember this came with a 7 years of warranty.
1. Company denied for 7 years now and said it is under years.
2. Engineer visited and asked to get the GAS filled as there is an issue with GAS.
He filled the gas on June 24 against the complaint made on June 22.
3. Refrigerator starts working but we were not satsified so called engineer again. He kept saying that it is working. With no hope we said ok, lets wait for another 2 or 3 days.
4. Refrigerator is down since June 27 again. logged a complaint on June 28. Engineer visited on June 29 and said the same issue again that GAS needs to be filled. It will be done on June 30.
5. No one came on June 30. On asking the customer care they bang the phone twice and one 3rd time said apologies for banging the phone and engineer will come next day.
6. July 01, call service center at around 10:15 AM. As per the reception, there was no engineer came to work till that time. And the engineer who was suppose to come on june 30, got his scooter problem hence not arrived (Funny execuse in service industry).
7. Its 2:25 PM, July 01, called service center, no one is picking the phone and no engineer visited till now.
In the peak summer if you get this kind of service what do you think of company customer care...?? Now I am think that the money spent on repair i.e Rs 3000 is full waste. instead I should put ths in purchasing a new fridge to be happy side :(
Can this be taken further and we can get our fridge working...
