I am 2-1/2 year old customer with airtel post paid connection.
Now I am receiving excess billing since last 2 months. Prior to this things were OK.
This billing is in form of SMS charges.
On calling to airtel customer care they are just telling that you have send these SMS through Airtel live, this is inbuilt service.
As informed them repeatedly that we never use this service, but customer service employee insist that you are using this service, hence you have to pay.
Further I requested them to deactivate this service of airtel live, they said no.
Ultimately no solution is in sight, but I have to pay or disconnect the services due to unnecessary harasment.
